Diterpenoids from Isodon sculponeatus[Reference: WebLink]

To study the diterpenoids in Isodon sculponeatus.
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Compounds were isolated by solvent-extraction together with column chromatography and the structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis. Fourteen deterpenoids were obtained and their structures were identified as enmein(1),epinodosin(2),sculponeatin A(3),sculponeatin B(4),nodosin(5),sculponin F(6),macrocalyxoformin A(7),isodocarpin(8),sculponin B(9),rugosanin(10),sculponeatin D(11),Sculponeatin K(12),sculponeatin C(13),and rabdonervosin A(14).
CONCLUSIONS:
Compounds 7,8,10,12,14 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
