| Description | 1. Intranasal vaccination with onjisaponin F(Polygalasaponin XXXI) can inhibit proliferation of mouse adapted influenza virus A/PR/8/34 in bronchoalveolar lavages of infected mice. 2. Onjisaponin F(Polygalasaponin XXXI) acts non-competitively against cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase, like papaverine. 3. Onjisaponin F(Polygalasaponin XXXI) exhibits a prolongation effect on hexobarbital sleeping time in mice. |
