Products with Analgesia bioactivity

Cat.No. Product Name
BCN6343 Mulberroside A
Mulberroside A, the major active anti-tyrosinase compound in the root bark extract of Morus alba L. (Moraceae), is widely employed as an active ingredient in whitening cosmetics. Mulberroside A has neuroprotective, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antiapoptotic, uricosuric, nephroprotective, hypoglycemic, and antidiabetic effects. It also can protect mice against ethanol-induced hepatic damage.
BCN6509 Akuammidine
1. Akuammidine shows anti-inflammatory and anti-asthmatic properties. 2. Akuammidine has opioid analgesic activity, it shows a preference for mu-opioid binding sites with Ki values of 0.6, 2.4 and 8.6 microM at mu-, delta- and kappa-opioid binding sites, respectively.
BCN6576 8-Epideoxyloganic acid
1. 8-Epideoxyloganic acid (oral) shows weak antinociceptive activity. 2. 8-Epideoxyloganic acid has the potential to serve as anti-inflammatory agents during oxidative stress, the inhibition of ROS production, possibly through modulation of NOX activity and/or the radical scavenging effect, and beta2 integrin expression in leucocytes. 3. 8-Epideoxyloganic acid possesses bioactivities of analgesia, homeostasis and anti-inflammatory.
BCN6609 Octadecyl caffeate
1. Octadecyl caffeate and coptisonine can stimulate glucose uptake at 25 and 50 ug/mL. 2. Octadecyl caffeate and octadecyl coumarate applied to the surface of susceptible varieties in laboratory bioassays reduced feeding and oviposition, as observed on roots of resistant varieties, and therefore are implicated in weevil resistance. 3. z-Octadecyl caffeate may have pain-relieving activity.
BCN6637 11-O-Galloylbergenin
1. 11-O-Galloylbergenin shows significant analgesic activity at doses of 20 and 40 mg/kg against formalin test in rats, and it exhibits significant anti-inflammatory activity in carrageenan-induced paw edema model at doses of 10, 20 and 30 mg/kg. 2. 11-O-Galloylbergenin shows good antioxidant and antiplasmodial activities, the EC50 values are 7.45±0.2 ug/mL and 5.39±0.28 ug/mL in DPPH antioxidant assay and reducing power assay respectively, while IC50 value for antiplasmodial assay is less than 2.5 uM. 3. 11-O-Galloylbergenin shows significant urease inhibitory potential with IC50 value of 38.6±1.5 uM.
