Studies on active constituents in rhizome of Dryopteris crassirhizoma

Nine acylphloroglucinol derivatives were obtained and were identified ,the first three compounds of them:albaspidin AA(Ⅰ),Albaspidin AP(Ⅱ) and albasspidin PP(Ⅲ). Conclusion: Albaspidin AP,Ⅲ are first obtained as crystals from natural plants and are first found from Dryopteris Crassirhizoma. 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR data of Albaspidin AP and compound Ⅲ, and 13C-NMR data of compoundⅠ are first reported.
