Respiratory System Research
The respiratory system consists of the lungs, airways, diaphragm, trachea (windpipe) and pharynx (throat) and its primary function is the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide- breathing in and out. Between 6 and 10 liters of air are brought in and out of the lungs and 0.3 liters of oxygen are transferred from the alveoli to the blood per minute.

WAY 200070
WAY-200070 is a selective estrogen receptor β (ERRβ) agonist with an IC50 of 2.3 nM.
-
BCC1081
Fulvestrant
Fulvestrant (ICI 182780) is a pure antiestrogen and a potent estrogen receptor (ER) antagonist with an IC50 of 9.4 nM. Fulvestrant effectively inhibits the growth of ER-positive MCF-7 cells with an IC50 of 0.29 nM. Fulvestrant also induces autophagy and apoptosis and has antitumor efficacy.
-
BCC7225
MPP dihydrochloride
MPP dihydrochloride is a highly selective estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) antagonist. MPP dihydrochloride reduces the ratio of p-ERα/ERα.
-
BCC7447
PHTPP
PHTPP is a selective ERβ antagonist.
-
BCC5121
XCT790
XCT-790 is a potent and selective inverse agonist for ERRα with an IC50 value of 0.37 μM. XCT-790 induces cell death in chemotherapeutic resistant cancer cells. XCT-790 (Compound 12) is inactive against ERRγ and the estrogen receptors ERα and ERβ.

BCC1412
Bazedoxifene acetate
Bazedoxifene acetate (TSE-424 acetate) is a third generation selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) with IC50s of 26 and 99 nM for ERα and ERβ, respectively.
-
BCC7839
Cyclofenil
Cyclofenil is a selective estrogen receptor modulator and an ovulation-inducing agent. Cyclofenil shows an inhibitory effect on dengue virus replication in Vero cells with an EC50
-
BCC6015
(Z)-4-Hydroxytamoxifen
4-Hydroxytamoxifen is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM).
-
BCC4488
Raloxifene HCl
Raloxifene hydrochloride (LY156758 hydrochloride; LY139481 hydrochloride) is a second generation selective and orally active estrogen receptor modulator. Raloxifene hydrochloride produces estrogen-agonistic effects on bone and lipid metabolism and estrogen-antagonistic effects on uterine endometrium and breast tissue.
