Phosphodiesterase

Phosphodiesterases (PDEs) are a family of phosphohydrolyases that catalyze the hydrolysis of 3' cyclic phosphate bonds in adenosine and/or guanine 3',5' cyclic monophosphate (cAMP and/or cGMP). PDEs regulate the second messengers by controlling their degradation.

  1. Cat.No. Product Name Information/Activity
  2. BCC7190 YM 976 191219-80-4 YM 976 chemical structure
  3. BCC6859 Zaprinast Zaprinast (M&B 22948) is an inhibitor of cGMP-selective Phosphodiesterases(PDEs). Zaprinast is a G protein-coupled receptor (GPR) 35 agonist which activates rat GPR35 strongly and activates human GPR35 moderately. Zaprinast reduces vessel remodeling through antiproliferative and proapoptotic effects. Zaprinast chemical structure
