Development results of cucurbitacin series compounds

Cucurbitacin is a class of tetracyclic triterpenoids isolated from Cucurbitaceae and other plants with a wide range of pharmacological activities. Cucurbitacin belongs to a class of tetracyclic triterpenoids with 19-methyl appearing at the C-9 position, mainly distributed in Cucurbitaceae, but also found in higher plants such as Cruciferae, Genicaceae, Begoniaceae, Dulcaceae, Tetrahymenaceae and some large fungi. Among them, cucurbitacin B is the most abundant member of the cucurbitacin family, which is useful in reversing cellular immune defects, stimulating cellular immune function, stopping hepatocyte steatosis and inhibiting liver fiber proliferation. It can reduce jaundice, lower serum alanine aminotransferase, musk turbidity and zinc turbidity, eliminate ascites and improve protein metabolism, and can be used clinically for chronic prolonged hepatitis.

BioCrick has conducted in-depth research and development on cucurbitacin natural plant active ingredients, and obtained a large number of cucurbitacin compounds eating monomers systematically from various cucurbits, including: cucurbitacin A, cucurbitacin B, isocucurbitacin B, dihydrocucurbitacin B, 3-epi-isocucurbitacin B, cucurbitacin C, dihydrocucurbitacin C, cucurbitacin D, cucurbitacin E, cucurbitacin E-2-O-glucoside, cucurbitacin I, cucurbitacin S and several others. Cucurbitacin I, cucurbitacin S and dozens of other cucurbitacin monomer compounds. The purity of all of them is 95%~99%, and we can provide HPLC, NMR, Mass and other test identification reports. In addition, we can also customize various cucurbitacin monomers, please contact us for details.
