Adrenergic α2 Receptor

Adrenergic α 2 receptors (α 2-adrenoceptors) are members of the adrenergic receptor group of G-protein-coupled receptors that also includes α 1A, α 1B, α 1D, β 1, β 2 and β 3. Adrenergic α 2 receptors are divided into three subtypes in humans: α 2A, α 2B and α 2C.
