Mitosis

Mitosis is a highly complex and regulated sequence of events that occurs exclusively in eukaryotic cells and produces two identical daughter cells from a single parent cell. It is split into five phases; prophase, prometaphase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase.

Products for Mitosis - Page 2

  1. Cat.No. Product Name Information/Activity
  2. BCC6040 INH1 INH1 is a small molecule targeting the Hec1/Nek2 mitotic pathway suppresses tumor cell growth in culture and in animal. INH1 chemical structure
  3. BCC2402 Mdivi 1 Mdivi-1 is a selective dynamin-related protein 1 (Drp1) inhibitor. Mdivi-1 is a mitochondrial division/mitophagy inhibitor. Mdivi 1 chemical structure
  4. BCC1775 Monomethyl auristatin E Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE; SGD-1010) is a synthetic derivative of dolastatin 10 and functions as a potent mitotic inhibitor by inhibiting tubulin polymerization. MMAE is widely used as a cytotoxic component of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) to treat several different cancer types. Monomethyl auristatin E chemical structure
  5. BCC3826 Nocodazole Nocodazole is a rapidly-reversible inhibitor of microtubule. Nocodazole binds to β-tubulin and disrupts microtubule assembly/disassembly dynamics, which prevents mitosis and induces apoptosis in tumor cells. Nocodazole inhibits Bcr-Abl, and activates CRISPR/Cas9. Nocodazole chemical structure
  6. BCC3819 Noscapine HCl Bradykinin antagonist. Also tubulin inhibitor Noscapine HCl chemical structure
  7. BCC6408 SBE 13 HCl SBE13 Hydrochloride is a potent and selective Plk1 inhibitor, with an IC50 of 200 pM; SBE13 Hydrochloride poorly inhibits Plk2 (IC50>66 μM) or Plk3 (IC50=875 nM). SBE 13 HCl chemical structure
  8. BCC2874 Tos-Arg-OMe.HCl TAME hydrochloride is an inhibitor of anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C or APC), which binds to APC/C and prevents its activation by Cdc20 and Cdh1, produces mitotic arrest. Tos-Arg-OMe.HCl chemical structure
  9. BCN4650 Paclitaxel Paclitaxel is a naturally occurring antineoplastic agent and stabilizes tubulin polymerization. Paclitaxel can cause both mitotic arrest and apoptotic cell death. Paclitaxel also induces autophagy. Paclitaxel chemical structure
  10. BCC6189 TC-S 7005 TC-S 7005 is a Polo-like kinases (Plks) inhibitor with IC50s of 4 nM, 24 nM and 214 nM for Plk2, Plk3, and Plk1, respectively. TC-S 7005 chemical structure
  11. BCC2911 H-Cys(Trt)-OH 2799-07-7 H-Cys(Trt)-OH chemical structure
